Cosy self-contained air-conditioned
holiday cabins located just 800meters from the beach. The cabins are an
open-plan design, fitted with a kitchenette and an internal shower and toilet, sleeping up to 4 persons
in one double-bed and two single bunks. (NOTE: There is a 2 night minimum stay if not horseriding)

RATES - HORSE RIDING
At Tassiriki Ranch we offer a range of horse riding
activities including beach trail rides
for couples, families, and friends, horse awareness
and riding lessons for adults and kids, and safe led pony rides for young children. You don't have to be staying at
Tassiriki Ranch to participate in these horse riding activities,
however, advance bookings are essential and conditions
apply.
Beach Trail Rides
Relax and enjoy the pristine natural beauty of
South Ballina Beach on a guided beach
trail ride. After saddling up at our 40 acre Horse Ranch just
800 metres from the beach, your ride departs the property proceeding
past the towering cane fields, through the coastal bush reserve,
and down onto the beach.
Experience this adventure on horseback with the opportunity to see
dolphins playing and sometimes whales migrating just off the beach.
After your ride you are invited to relax in our all-weather entertaining
area, browse your complimentary digital photographs (delivered by email), have a
chat, and enjoy a complimentary refreshment and nibbles.

Riding lessons are available for adults and children over 7 years of age. Guests staying at the Ranch will find these lessons are
a great introduction to horse riding while enjoying a rural holiday
near the beach.

A two night minimum stay applies if no beach
rides are purchased.

Our regular nightly cabin rates are based
on the number of persons occupying the cabin. Increasing the
number of persons staying in the cabin may incur an additional
charge.

Prices are accurate as of 1/1/2007 but are subject
to change.

GST is included in all our advertised rates.
- No dogs or stallions allowed.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in after 2PM, check-out before 10AM. Late departures
may be possible, please ask the day before you are due to depart.
Payments

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all
horse riding and accommodation bookings. Payment methods for
deposits include Direct Transfer into our bank account, Credit
Card, Postal Orders, Bank Cheques, and Personal Cheques made
out to "Tassiriki Ranch Pty Ltd". NOTE: Bookings made
using personal cheques are not confirmed until the cheque has
cleared.
- The balance is payable on arrival. We have EFTPOS facilities
and can process debit cards and most credit cards (Master Card
and Visa).
Cancellation Policy

ACCOMMODATION and STAY & RIDE packages.
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to your planned
arrival, your deposit less a $25 administration fee will be
refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your planned
arrival, your entire deposit is forfeited.

BEACH RIDES. Should YOU need to postpone
or cancel your ride, we require no less than 48 hours notice
otherwise your deposit is forfeited. Should WE have to postpone
a horse ride (if the weather or beach conditions are unsuitable)
your ride will be rescheduled to the next available day, or
if you are unable to reschedule we will refund your deposit
in full.
